Adrian Costin Constantin

Adrian Costin Constantin has been active in live poker tournaments since 2014, showing strong skills early on. In December 2014, he won the €115 NLH Poker IN event at Casino Barcelona; in January 2015, he took down the UKIPT London €110 NLH Turbo event. At EPT Barcelona in 2016, he finished 4th in the €1,100 NLH Turbo event for €49,800 (~$56,182), at the time his largest career score.

In June 2018, Constantin won the online poker LIVE Barcelona €1,100 Main Event. He qualified via a €110 live satellite and emerged from a field of 709 players. At the final table, he eliminated fellow Romanians Sergiu Sirbu (8th) and Cosmin Rusu (4th) among others. He eventually struck a deal with Spanish player Joel Isla, splitting the prize money with each receiving €114,025 (~$133,323). This was Constantin's first six-figure score, doubling his live earnings to over $260,000.

In December 2019, Constantin won the online poker LIVE London £1,100 Main Event again. He qualified via a €33 online satellite and took down the 518-player field for £100,000 plus a 2020 WSOP Main Event package. On the final day, he was at a chip disadvantage but staged a remarkable comeback, climbing from one of the shortest stacks. In heads-up play, he was initially behind against UK player Leon Louis but turned the tables after several near-eliminations. The key hand saw Constantin holding A-J and hitting a straight on the river, beating Louis's Q-4 (two pair) to seal the victory.

According to reports, Constantin is described as a solid player who excels at using satellites. He is adept at earning seats in major events through low-cost satellites and remains composed at final tables. His performance in London in 2019 demonstrated strong comeback ability from disadvantaged positions, especially in heads-up play where he patiently waited for opportunities. Although not often in the spotlight, his consistent profitability (two Main Event titles and multiple final tables) shows solid fundamentals and excellent hand reading.
