Alexander Livingston

Alexander Livingston was born in 1987 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He studied economics at Tufts University and is also an accomplished chess player. Livingston currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Livingston first gained attention on the live tournament scene in July 2013, when he finished 13th in the World Series of Poker Main Event for $451,398. He then achieved his career-best result in the 2019 WSOP Main Event, placing third out of 8,569 entrants to win $4,000,000. This remains his largest live cash. In March 2022, he finished third in the $10,000 Wynn Millions for $745,749.

Livingston won his first WSOP bracelet in June 2022, taking down the $1,500 Seven Card Stud event for $103,282. At the 2023 WSOP, he recorded multiple runner-up and podium finishes: third in $5,000 No-Limit Hold'em/Pot-Limit Omaha, second in $10,000 H.O.R.S.E., and second in $10,000 No-Limit 2-7 Lowball Draw.
