Ghassan Yared

Ghassan Yared is a multifaceted individual who balances a successful entrepreneurial career with a passion for tournament poker. Holding Ghanaian nationality (with Lebanese heritage) on the WSOP circuit, he has accumulated $23,683 in WSOP earnings from five cashes. His poker resume also includes deep runs in the European Poker Tour (EPT), notably the 2016 EPT Monte Carlo FPS Main Event and a memorable bubble double at the 2019 EPT Prague. 2013 EPT London Main Event On a flop of Q♣9♠2♠, Yared check-raised from 2,150 to 3,150 against Mclean Karr’s bet of 1,150. Karr called. The turn was J♣, Yared bet 2,200, and Karr raised to 7,775. After a long tank (about five minutes), Yared folded.

2019 EPT Prague National High Roller Bubble With 143 players left, Yared opened to 34,000 from the cutoff. Luigi D Alterio shoved from the big blind with about 140,000. Yared called with A♥J♠, facing K♦Q♠. The board ran J♥9♥2♠8♠2♦, giving Yared a double-up to 377,000. He went on to cash but the final result is not recorded in the search results.
