Mario Mosböck has established himself as a force in high-stakes poker, with his largest cash coming in December 2023 when he finished second in the $1,000,000 WPT Big One for One Drop at the 2023 WPT World Championship, earning $4,663,950. He also placed second in the $210,000 No-Limit Hold'em Invitational at the 2023 Triton Super High Roller Series Monte Carlo for $2,690,000.

Mosböck has been a consistent performer on the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series circuit. In March 2025, he won the $50,000 No-Limit Hold'em Seven Max event in Jeju for $1,836,570. Earlier, in March 2024, he took down the $25,000 GG Million$ No-Limit Hold'em at the Triton Super High Roller Series Jeju for $1,191,196. He also made a deep run in the $125,000 No-Limit Hold'em event at the 2024 Triton Monte Carlo, finishing sixth for $1,020,000, and placed fourth in the $100,000 No-Limit Hold'em Eight Max at the same series for $1,544,316.

At the 2024 WSOP Paradise, Mosböck cashed in two events: he finished 14th in the $100,000 Triton Main Event for $269,000 and 196th in the $25,000 WSOP Super Main Event for $50,000. In November 2024, he added another sixth-place finish in the $125,000 No-Limit Hold'em at Triton Monte Carlo.

Mosböck is known for his aggressive yet calculated approach in high-pressure spots, often thriving in deep-stacked tournaments. With a career spanning multiple Triton titles and a near-miss in the WPT Big One for One Drop, he is regarded as one of Europe's elite high-stakes players.
