According to reports, the incident occurred the previous Tuesday. The victim, who pressed charges, initially refrained from coming forward publicly with the accusations that Stout assaulted him and his 18-year-old daughter, who filmed the incident. Stout is known in parts of the poker world for the CSOP he runs as well as for his play, and the allegations have added a sharp counterpoint to an otherwise respected career.
