Tomas Ksenevicius

Tomas Ksenevicius discovered poker during high school, playing home games with friends. At 18, he worked a summer job to make his first online poker deposit. His early career was marked by dramatic swings—once borrowing $1,000 and quickly turning it into $16,000, only to lose it all days later. This experience taught him discipline and respect for money.

He started with heads-up No-Limit Hold'em, then moved to six-max cash games and tournaments, and later embraced Pot-Limit Omaha. Today, he frequently mixes Hold'em and PLO tables.

Ksenevicius has two recorded cashes on WSOP.com:

• 2013 European Poker Tour Barcelona: Estrellas Main Event (€1,100 buy-in) – 38th place out of 1,798 entries for €5,755.
• 2014 France Poker Series Monaco: FPS Main Event (€1,100 buy-in) – 42nd place out of 837 entries for €3,300.

During the 2014 FPS Monaco, Ksenevicius was spotted with a large stack, and a fellow player jokingly told him to "order another beer"—a nod to his apparent fondness for beer while playing.

Ksenevicius has made a name for himself in Open Face Chinese Poker (OFC). In 2015, he entered the Tonybet OFC World Championship (€1,000 buy-in) in Prague during the EPT festival. He led the field on Day 2 with 738,000 chips and eventually reached the final table, finishing 4th place for a payout of €8,809. The event had 118 entries and a top prize of €30,007.

He credits beginner's luck and fast learning for his deep run, admitting he had only watched a few instructional videos before the tournament.

Although primarily a cash game player, Ksenevicius has proven his versatility in tournaments. In 2016, he participated in the TonyBet OFC Grand Prix series, a live-streamed event on Twitch where he explained OFC strategy to viewers. He is considered one of Lithuania's best OFC players.

Ksenevicius describes his style as adaptable, having evolved through multiple disciplines. He emphasizes bankroll management and learning from tough opponents. His ability to switch between Hold'em and PLO, as well as cash games and tournaments, reflects a balanced and resilient approach.

Ksenevicius remains active in the Lithuanian poker community. He values family, once skipping the EPT Monte Carlo Grand Final to attend his grandfather's birthday. He is known for his friendly demeanor and willingness to share knowledge through streams and interviews.
