Tony Sinishtaj is a professional poker player based in Flushing, New York. Before making his mark on the live felt, he built a strong reputation online as "ToNiSiNz," a moniker he used on PocketFives and major internet poker rooms. Sinishtaj announced himself on the live tournament scene in 2017 by winning the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown. The victory was worth $661,283 and earned him a place in the WPT Champions Club. The $10,000 Wynn Millions Main Event attracted 1,075 entries, generating a $10,105,000 prize pool. Sinishtaj entered the final table in the middle of the pack, with chip leaders Vanessa Kade and Alex Livingston seated to his left. "Coming in I had a bad seat with the chip leaders to my left, so I played tight and kind of tried to ladder, play tighter than normal," he told PokerNews. That patient strategy paid off. He eliminated Tony Tran in sixth place when his pocket cowboys held against sixes. Later, during three-handed play, Isaac Kempton doubled through Livingston when Livingston's two pair couldn't hold against a straight draw. Eventually, Sinishtaj's ace-king eliminated Livingston's king-jack in third place. Kade, who had led for most of the day, was eliminated in fourth after calling off with pocket aces against Sinishtaj's flush. Heads-up with Kempton, Sinishtaj closed out the win and collected $1,655,952, nearly doubling his live tournament earnings to roughly $3.4 million. Livingston's third-place finish was worth $745,749, Kade took $527,481 for fourth, Tran earned $304,161 for sixth, and Sean Perry collected $202,908 for eighth. Livingston had also finished third in the 2019 WSOP Main Event for $4 million. Sinishtaj called the Wynn Millions victory his sweetest.

Sinishtaj added another major title in 2024 when he won the $10,000 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown High Roller for $226,800. He also captured the WPT Online Borgata series in the 2019–2021 season, taking home $77,350. Combined, his WPT-related earnings exceed $906,700, and he has accumulated 1,975 WPT leaderboard points across multiple seasons.

Sinishtaj is a familiar face at the World Series of Poker, with 84 career cashes and nine final tables. His total WSOP earnings are over $3.38 million.
