Slovak Specialist Takes Down PLO Title

Marek Uharček, a Slovak poker player known primarily for cash games, secured the biggest live tournament result of his career at King's Resort in Rozvadov. He won the €1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship, part of the King's Million European Poker Championship 2026, taking home €95,000 and the Royal Scepter trophy.

The event drew 286 entries, falling short of the €500,000 guarantee. As a result, the casino covered a substantial overlay to meet the advertised prizepool. Forty-four players reached the final day, with every one of them guaranteed a minimum payout of €3,525.

Uharček entered the final day as the chip leader, a position he had built during Day 1B. Despite playing only around ten live tournaments a year, he delivered a composed and consistent performance across the final day.
