WSOP Circuit Returns to Harrah's Atlantic City with 18 Ring Events and $600K Guaranteed Main Event

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) Circuit is back at one of North America's most historic gambling destinations. Harrah's Atlantic City hosts the 2026 WSOP Circuit series from August 13-24, offering 18 ring events across a variety of buy-ins and formats, with the $1,700 No-Limit Hold'em Main Event guaranteeing a $600,000 prize pool.

A Packed Schedule of Ring Events

The series opens today with the $400 No-Limit Hold'em 30K Opener, featuring a $50,000 guarantee. Also starting on day one is the $500 Mini Main, a staple of the Circuit, carrying a $300,000 guarantee. The Mini Main offers five starting flights through Saturday, August 15, giving players ample opportunities to enter one of the series' most affordable marquee events.

The early schedule caters to a wide range of preferences. Fast-paced players can jump into the $400 Turbo No-Limit Hold'em with a $25,000 guarantee, while those aged 50 and older can compete in the $400 Seniors event on Sunday, which boasts a $75,000 guarantee. For those who prefer deeper structures, the $400 Monster Stack No-Limit Hold'em offers a $150,000 guarantee, with three starting flights scheduled for August 17 and 18.

Non-Hold'em enthusiasts are also covered. The schedule includes a $600 Pot-Limit Omaha event and a $400 Pot-Limit Big O tournament. High-stakes players can look forward to the $2,200 No-Limit Hold'em High Roller on August 23, while the series concludes with the $400 Double Stack Closer on August 24, featuring a $50,000 guarantee and one last chance to earn a ticket to WSOP Paradise 2026.

A Historic Return to Atlantic City

Harrah's Atlantic City holds a special place in WSOP Circuit history. It was the site of the inaugural Circuit stop in 2005 and remained a regular destination for years. After a five-year absence, the Circuit returned to the property in 2025, re-establishing Atlantic City on the national poker tournament calendar.

Main Event Details

The $1,700 No-Limit Hold'em Main Event begins Thursday, August 20, with three Day 1 flights and one re-entry allowed per flight. The flights are scheduled as follows:

• Flight B: Friday, August 21 at 11 A.M. EST
• Flight C: Saturday, August 22 at 11 A.M. EST

Last year, Ukrainian player Bohdan Slyvinskyi won the Harrah's Atlantic City Main Event, taking home $177,562 and his first of two WSOP Circuit rings, along with a WSOP Paradise package.
