Alexandra Meyobeme

Alexandra Meyobeme first made a significant mark on the French poker scene in February 2018. At the Winamax Poker Tour (WiPT) MonsterStack 400 € event, she navigated a field of 751 players to finish as the runner-up, earning €34,000. This result propelled her into the spotlight and earned her an invitation to Club Poker Radio in March 2018, where she discussed her experience alongside other poker personalities.

In March 2024, Meyobeme returned to the WiPT Grande Finale, a 500 € buy-in tournament drawing 3,448 entrants. Starting the final day with one of the shortest stacks (under 13 big blinds), she managed to survive for a time but eventually open-shoved from UTG+2 with A7 and was called by Karim Abidi holding J10. No ace came to save her, and she was eliminated in 30th place, earning €3,900. Despite the disappointment, she expressed gratitude for the support from friends like Aurélie Reard in the rail and noted her plans to play the WSOPC Paris Main Event in May, as well as having bought into the FPS during EPT Paris.

Meyobeme is known as an aggressive player willing to take calculated risks, as seen in her short-stack shove during the 2024 Grande Finale. She has demonstrated resilience and a passion for live poker, often competing in high-profile French tournaments. Her runner-up finish in 2018 and deep run in 2024 highlight her ability to perform under pressure.
