Anton Morgenstern began his live tournament career in September 2009 at the European Poker Tour (EPT) Main Event in Barcelona, where he finished 36th for €20,000. He made his World Series of Poker (WSOP) debut in June 2012 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, cashing in two events.
