Erlend Viken

Erlend Viken (born 1979) is a Norwegian poker player and medical doctor from Tønsberg, Norway. Balancing his career as a general practitioner at Re helsehus with a passion for poker, he has become one of Norway's most respected tournament players, known for his steady performances and sportsmanship.

Viken first made a mark in Norwegian poker in 2015, finishing 11th in the Norwegian Championship (NM) Main Event. His breakthrough came in 2018, when he reached the final table of the NM Main Event, finishing fifth out of 1,767 players and earning 212,500 NOK. Earlier in the same championship, he also placed fourth in the Highroller event.
