Grégoire Auzoux burst onto the live poker scene with a string of high-stakes results. In May 2023, he earned his first seven-figure score by winning the $40,000 buy-in no-limit hold’em event at the Triton Super High Roller Series Cyprus. After striking a heads-up deal with Robert Heidorn, Auzoux pocketed $1,050,024. This victory brought his live tournament earnings past $2.1 million at the time. He also finished fifth in a €50,000 buy-in event at the European Poker Tour Paris festival earlier that year for $280,000.

In the summer of 2025, Auzoux continued his live success with a fifth-place finish in the Onyx Super High Roller Series in Cyprus, adding $223,500 to his total. his live tournament earnings now exceed $3.3 million.

Auzoux has been a regular on the Triton Poker circuit, with four cashes totaling $1.76 million in earnings between 2022 and 2024. His best finish was the 2023 Cyprus win ($1.05 million). He also cashed in the $100,000 Main Event (6th for $595,000) and $25,000 Pot Limit Omaha event (5th for $72,000) in September 2022, and most recently placed 27th in a $25,000 event in Montenegro in May 2024 for $41,000.

In January 2025, Auzoux was the chip leader after Day 2 of the $5,300 High Roller at the Merit Poker Western Series in Cyprus, bagging 892,000 chips among 46 remaining players from a field of 174.

In October 2025, Auzoux was arrested in France and charged with operating an offshore online casino that targeted French customers. Along with another French national, he was accused of overseeing the Crésus Casino and affiliated brands (Jackpot Bob, Lucky 8, casino-privé, Olympecasino), which were based in Curaçao and Cyprus. Prosecutors alleged the operation generated nearly €1 billion in revenues and that more than 98% of activity came from French residents, with over one million monthly visits. Customers complained they were unable to withdraw winnings, reporting a total loss of €201,755.

Auzoux was formally charged with organizing illegal gambling as part of an organized gang, illegally offering online gaming, and money laundering. The money laundering charge carries a potential sentence of up to 10 years imprisonment and a fine of €750,000. Authorities carried out raids and seized bank accounts in Cyprus as part of the investigation. Auzoux and his co-defendant were placed in pre-trial detention.
