WSOP Main Achievements
Mathieu Jacqmin's first WSOP cash came in 2008 when he finished 57th in Event #9: $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em 6-Handed for $4,386. He later made deep runs in several Omaha events:
- 2009 WSOP Event #48: $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better, finished 3rd for $92,946.
- 2011 WSOP Event #41: $1,500 Limit Hold'em Shootout, again finished 3rd for $68,715.
- 2014 WSOP Event #42: $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha 6-Handed, finished 16th for $21,031.
- 2015 WSOP Event #36: $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha, finished 51st for $4,861; same year Event #46: $3,000 Pot-Limit Omaha 6-Handed, finished 29th for $11,096.

Other International Tournament Results
Beyond the WSOP, Jacqmin also achieved success in European and African events:
- December 2010: Won the Trophées Haussmann side event (€750 PLO) in Paris, France for €13,500.
- January 2011: Finished 5th in the Dakar Poker Tour main event (€10,385) and won a €500 side event (€10,308).
- May 2011: Finished 10th in the France Poker Masters €2,500 for €3,570.
Key Hand Recap
In the 2011 WSOP Event #41 (Limit Hold'em Shootout), Jacqmin entered the final table as the chip leader but ultimately finished third. According to PokerNews, he lost chips steadily during three-handed play. On the final hand, he called a raise from Justin Pechie in the small blind while in the big blind. The flop came 7♦K♦4♣. Pechie bet, Jacqmin raised, Pechie re-raised, Jacqmin called. Turn 2♠, Pechie bet again, Jacqmin called. River J♠, Pechie bet, Jacqmin shoved, Pechie called and showed K♥2♦ (two pair), Jacqmin showed Jx7x (pair of jacks and pair of sevens). Jacqmin was eliminated.
