Paulo Santinho is a Portuguese professional poker player who has established himself as a consistent competitor in European live tournaments, particularly in the Circuito Nacional de Poker (CNP) series.

Santinho achieved his most notable result in June 2023, when he finished as runner-up in the Main Event of the CNP Granada, earning €21,100. The tournament was won by Roman Stoica, with Santinho narrowly missing the title. Earlier that same year, in March 2023, he made another final table at the CNP Sevilla Main Event, placing 8th for €6,700.

In February 2017, Santinho led the Main Event of the Planet Earth Poker Tour (PEPT) Estoril after Day 2, holding 650,000 chips with 21 players remaining. The event had 194 entries and a prize pool of €94,090, with the winner set to receive €24,322. His deep run showcased his ability to compete against strong fields.

Santinho's participation in multiple CNP events highlights his dedication to the circuit.
