Slim Ezzaouia

Slim Ezzaouia began his career in the hospitality industry, gaining experience in restaurant and hotel management. He worked as Assistant Director of F&B at Hotel Concorde les Berges du Lac in Tunis from April 2013 to April 2014, managing over 70 staff and overseeing a €6M annual revenue. He later served as Restaurant Manager at République and Bestia DTLA in Los Angeles from April 2014 to April 2015, handling operations with up to 70 employees and revenues of €9-11M.

From December 2015 to August 2016, Ezzaouia was Restaurant Manager at Hotel Pullman Tour Eiffel in Paris. He then became Director of Restaurant Le Café des Musées (August 2016 – February 2018), managing a team of 15+ and achieving €2.5M annual revenue. Subsequently, he served as Deputy Director of F&B at Hotel the Residence Tunis (February 2018 – December 2019), a 5-star hotel under Leading Hotel of the World, with direct oversight of 120+ staff and €12M annual revenue.

In March 2020, Ezzaouia founded Ivy, a multi-site restaurant and cocktail bar company based in Paris. Ivy operates IVY (a tapas bar rated 4.8/5 with 800+ reviews and €1.1M annual revenue), BOUBOULE (pop-up restaurant at Ground Control serving 500+ covers per day), and HABIBI (VIP catering at Rock en Seine festival with 1500+ covers per day). He managed a multi-site team of 30+ employees and handled budgetary optimization, cost control, and performance analysis. Ivy was selected as Top 500 bars in France by Cocktail Spirit and received a Top500 nomination worldwide.

In November 2025, Ezzaouia was appointed liquidator of BATBOUT FAMILY, a simplified joint stock company, upon its dissolution. He previously served as its President, with functions ending on November 30, 2025. Despite his extensive hospitality career, there is no public record of poker achievements or tournament participation under the name Slim Ezzaouia.
