Yuefeng Jiang first appeared on the live tournament scene in France with several cashes in 2008 and 2009. His earliest recorded result came in April 2008 at the Partouche Poker Tour Nice Main Event, where he finished 2nd out of 404 players for €14,500. The following July, he won the Barrière Poker Tour Nice for €33,000, defeating a field of 104 entrants. In April 2009, Jiang placed 9th in a PPT Nice side event for €1,512. These performances established him as a promising French-Chinese talent on the European circuit.

Later in his career, Jiang began competing under the name Yuefeng Pan on the Asian high-roller circuit. He became a regular in major Asian tournaments, including the Triton Poker Series, Asian Poker Tour (APT), and Red Dragon Poker Tour. According to The Hendon Mob, his total live earnings exceed $1.1 million, placing him among the top Chinese players on the all-time money list.

In September 2025, Jiang (as Yuefeng Pan) bagged the chip lead on Day 2 of the $8,000 Triton ONE Main Event in Jeju, finishing the day with 33,900,000 chips (85 big blinds) out of a 1,046-entry field. The tournament had a prize pool of $7,607,558 and a top prize of $1,367,000. He ultimately cashed in 13th place for $75,800.

Jiang’s recent results include a 9th-place finish in the 2026 APT Jeju Classic Main Event (1,718 entries, $29,800 prize). He also made the final table of the 2026 RDPT Plus Red Dragon Mini Main Event, finishing 4th for $2,520. In total, he has achieved 10 in-the-money finishes with 3 final tables and no wins, but his consistency and high-stakes appearances mark him as a formidable competitor.
