Applicable Scenarios

• After multiple checks or small bets on the flop and turn, the CO believes the opponent's range is weak.
• When the river completes a possible flush, but the CO does not hold a flush, using a small bet to probe whether the opponent has a flush.
• When holding a medium-strength hand (e.g., one pair or two pair), hoping to deter bluffs or value bets from the opponent.

Strategic Considerations

• Bet size is typically 30%-50% of the pot to minimize risk.
• If the opponent raises, the CO can easily fold; if the opponent calls, they likely hold a flush or a strong hand.
