轻度领先下注基线(Light Donk Bet Baseline)

Light Donk Bet Baseline

A wide, weak leading bet strategy used by the non-preflop raiser on the flop or turn, referencing a theoretical baseline range for adjustment and balance.

Overview

Light Donk Bet Baseline is a poker theory concept that typically describes a balanced leading bet (donk bet) strategy baseline. On the flop, the preflop caller (usually in the blind) leads out with a donk bet. If the betting range contains many weak hands (such as bottom pair, gutshot straight draws, etc.), it is called a light donk bet. The baseline of this strategy is a theoretically optimal reference range, from which players can make exploitative adjustments (e.g., against opponents who are too tight or too loose).

Application Scenarios

  • Flop: For example, after calling preflop, the flop structure favors the caller (e.g., hitting a low pair or a draw). Using a light donk bet baseline here can protect the range while leveraging fold equity.
  • Adjustment Basis: The baseline is typically generated by solver software (such as PioSolver), providing a balanced mixed strategy (ratio of check to bet). Players need to react based on how opponents deviate from the baseline.

Notes

The Light Donk Bet Baseline is not a fixed strategy but a starting point for dynamic adjustments. In actual gameplay, factors such as stack depth, position, and opponent tendencies must be considered. Over-reliance on the baseline may be exploited by skilled opponents.
