Tools面对下注时，最低跟注/加注频率（最小防守频率）
Alpha (α) is the break-even fold percentage for a pure bluff: α = bet ÷ (pot + bet). If the opponent folds more than α, the pure bluff is profitable long-term. It is the mirror image of MDF.
α = bet amount ÷ pot (bet-sizing ratio). The larger α, the lower the opponent's MDF (1−α), and the higher the required pot odds. It connects bet sizing with defense frequency and is the entry point for analyzing bluff break-even. River α should be consistent with the flop story, SPR, and range polarity. Use the calculator on this page to instantly compute break-even equity, then cross-reference the numbers with opponent range, position, and turn/river plans to avoid just memorizing formulas without applying them at the table.
A larger α is always "scarier" and more profitable; ignoring polarity and blockers. River α does not connect with flop. Complaining that opponents always call without adjusting MDF. Also, do not treat Solver frequencies as unbreakable rules that don't require pot odds verification; when information is incomplete, ICM and SPR remain the first principles of tournaments.
After every bet, mentally calculate α and 1−α. Memorize them alongside MDF and pot-odds in a three-column table. Compare the frequencies and composition structures from Solver for different α values. Each week, pick five real hand histories and recalculate using the same tool, then revisit the glossary to review pot odds, ICM, SPR, and other concepts that automatically link internally.
