The probability of flopping a set is about 11.8%; its preflop equity against AK/AQ is roughly 50/50, relying more on hitting a set. On high-card flops, it often can only be used as a bluff catcher or folded. It is mainly opened from CO/BTN, and can be stolen from SB; usually folded from UTG/MP.

Postflop without set: facing a standard c-bet, mostly fold; if hit set, then according to SPR, play for value or slow-play to trap.

UTGIt is recommended to raise to 2.2 BB. If facing a 3-bet, you can call. Against a tight-aggressive player's 4-bet, you should fold cautiously. Post-flop, if there are no overcards, continue betting. If an A, K, or Q appears on the board, check-fold.
MP5BB. If there is a limper in early position, you can raise to isolate. Facing a 3bet from CO or BTN, you can call to see the flop, but if the opponent's range is very tight, consider folding.
COIf BTN or blinds 3-bet, can call or 4-bet depending on opponent. On flop with no overcards, c-bet 2/3 pot. With overcards, check to control pot.
BTNFacing a blind 3bet, you can call or 4bet shove short stack. On the flop with no overcards, bet; with overcards, you can check or bet as a semi-bluff.
SB5BB, but if BB 3-bets, can call. Postflop out of position, bet when no overcards, check-fold when facing overcards. Avoid building a big pot.
BBIf the opponent's raising range is wide, 3-bet to 3.5 BB. On the flop, if there are no overcards, lead bet; if there are overcards, check-fold. Note: When short-stacked, go all-in directly.

If the opponent calls, you can continue betting on safe turn cards. If raised, consider whether the opponent holds an overpair or a set, and proceed cautiously.

TT on wet boards is vulnerable to straight or flush draws. It is recommended to bet for protection, but proceed cautiously if raised. You can check-call to control the pot, avoiding large pots. If the board worsens on the turn, check-fold.

Paired board e.g. K♠K♦7♣

TT loses value on paired boards. If the opponent holds a K or a full house, TT is behind. Suggest check-call, or bet small to probe. If raised, fold. Avoid over-committing.

Monotone board e.g. A♠8♠3♠

TT on a Flush Board Without a Flush, Play Cautiously. You can semi-bluff with a bet, but if raised, consider the possibility your opponent has a flush. Check-call to control the pot. If the turn doesn't complete your flush, continue checking or fold.

Catatan matchup

TT vs 99: 80% equity, can go all-in preflop, but beware of opponent hitting a set. TT vs AKs: 45% equity, slight advantage preflop, but falls behind if an A or K hits the flop. TT vs QQ: 20% equity, clearly behind, should avoid big pots. TT vs JJ: 20% equity, similar, can fold preflop. Key: Be cautious with TT against higher pairs, but be aggressive against lower pairs or draws.

MTT push/fold

From UTG, raise to 2BB, and shove if facing a 3-bet. 15BB: TT can raise to 2.2BB, and shove if facing a 3-bet, but consider opponent's range. 20BB: TT can raise to 2.5BB, and call a 3-bet; shove on flops with no overcards. Avoid slow-playing out of position.
