Andrew Lunde

Andrew Lunde, also known as Andrew Michael Lunde, was born and raised in Canada. He pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the University of Calgary (1998–2002) and later completed a Certificate Program in Casino Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst (UMASS) in 2006.

Before becoming a full-time tournament player, Lunde gained extensive experience in the casino and gaming industry. He worked as a Dealer at Casino ABS (PURE Canadian Gaming) from 1998 to 2002. Later, he moved to South Korea, where he worked as a Creative Copywriter at DoubleU Games Co., Ltd. (2018–2020) and then as a Game Integrity & Security Specialist at NSUSLAB Korea LLC (online poker) from 2020 to 2022. Since April 2023, he has been serving as a Business Development Manager at WPT online.

Andrew Lunde first appeared on the live tournament radar with cashes at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas before shifting focus to the burgeoning markets in South Korea, Taiwan, and Cambodia.
