Asa Berger has been a familiar face in the Mid-Atlantic poker scene, particularly at Borgata in Atlantic City. Nicknamed the "Atlantic City Ace," he made early noise at the Borgata Fall Poker Open 2011, where he was spotted building a stack in Event 1, a $400 + $50 No-Limit Hold'em re-entry tournament. He demonstrated aggressive play, taking advantage of empty seats to his left to pick up blinds.
