Dana Gill began his poker journey at the age of 18 in San Antonio, Texas, where he was raised. He made his live tournament debut in June 2012 at the 43rd World Series of Poker, entering a $1,500 No Limit Hold’em event and finishing 119th for $4,400. This early cash marked the start of his professional career, which he has pursued full-time while residing in Texas.

Gill’s most notable live tournament cash came in June 2019 during the Goliath Phamous Poker Series in Las Vegas.
