David Stucke

David Stucke was born on April 9, 1974, in Erie, Pennsylvania. He pursued an academic path, earning a degree from Carnegie Mellon University before receiving advanced degrees from Iowa State University and Pennsylvania State University. His academic background in physics would later earn him the poker nickname "Doc."

Stucke's poker career reached a remarkable milestone in 2007 when he entered his first-ever World Series of Poker (WSOP) event. Competing in the $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em tournament, he emerged victorious, capturing a WSOP bracelet and a prize of $603,069.
