Donald Deeds

Donald Deeds began his tournament poker career in the early 2010s. His first recorded cash came in July 2011 at the Summer Pot of Gold event, where he finished 12th for $1,030. The following year, he secured his first tournament victory in March 2012 at the World Poker Challenge, winning Event 17 – a $125 No-Limit Hold'em with bounties – for $1,233.

Deeds has been a regular on the World Series of Poker Circuit, particularly at the Thunder Valley Casino stop in California. His best Circuit result came in September 2017 when he finished 5th in Event #7: $365 No-Limit Hold'em Monster Stack, earning $5,425. He also cashed in two other Circuit events at Thunder Valley: 31st place in a $400 Last Call event in 2019 ($570) and 86th in a $400 Monster Stack in 2020 ($555).

Beyond the WSOP Circuit, Deeds has achieved several deep runs in regional tournaments. In 2015, he finished 5th in a $550 HPT event for $3,582 and 8th in the Ante Up World Championship for $8,000. He also placed 11th in the 2017 WPTDeepStacks Championship ($3,106) and 15th in the 2019 WPT Kickoff Weekend ($2,350). His two tournament wins also include a victory in a 2012 World Poker Challenge event.

According to CardPlayer.com, Donald Deeds has total live tournament earnings of $49,699, with 27 recorded cashes and two wins. His largest single cash remains $8,000 from the 2015 Ante Up World Championship.
