Frank Vulpis

Frank Vulpis hails from Old Bridge, New Jersey, and balances his poker career with freelance work in TV and film. He began playing live tournaments in the early 2010s, quickly making a name for himself in the local New Jersey poker scene.

Vulpis's biggest career win came in August 2013 at the Borgata Summer Poker Open Event 9: $260 + $40 Big Stack NLH (Re-Entry). He outlasted a field of 689 entries to take the title and $41,715, defeating Michael Marder heads-up. Earlier that year, he finished third in the Borgata Winter Poker Open Event 2: $350 + $50 + $100 Black Chip Bounty NLH for $24,081, where he also collected nine bounties. These two results form the backbone of his live tournament success.

Vulpis has five recorded WSOP cashes, totaling $15,891. His best finish came in the 2022 World Series of Poker Event #51: $400 COLOSSUS No-Limit Hold’em, where he placed 70th out of 13,565 entries for $6,150.
