In the final day of the 888Live São Paulo Main Event, Cazula battled heads-up against Haroldo Silva. With the blinds at 125,000/250,000, Silva raised all-in on the button and Cazula called. Cazula held Q♠J♠ while Silva had K♥8♥. The board ran out 9♣3♦2♠4♥K♠, giving Silva a pair of kings on the river to eliminate Cazula in second place. He earned R$125,000, the largest cash of his career.
