Hyung Woo Kim

Hyung Woo Kim (also listed as Hyungwoon Kim or Hyung Kim) is an American poker player who has been active in World Series of Poker events since 2019. He has accumulated over $45,000 in WSOP earnings across seven cashes.

Kim's first WSOP cash came in 2019 at the $400 COLOSSUS (Event #61), where he finished 21st for $16,470 — his largest WSOP score to date. In 2021, he cashed in the $1,000 MINI Main Event for $3,061. In 2023, he made two deep runs: a 431st place in the $1,500 The Closer ($2,625) and a 1,260th place in the $10,000 Main Event ($15,000). He continued his streak in 2025 with three cashes: $630 in the $300 Gladiators of Poker, $4,520 in the $500 COLOSSUS, and $2,376 in the $600 Deepstack.
