Mantas Urbanos

Mantas Urbonas was born on June 22, 1987, in Panevėžys, Lithuania, and currently lives in Vilnius. He started playing poker around 2009, learning the game and gradually becoming a professional. Off the felt, he is the owner and manager of the football team Top Kicker's.

Urbonas's biggest career cash came at the 2018 Battle of Malta, where he finished 4th for €120,000. He also cashed in the 2023 UKIPT London £1,100 Main Event, finishing 5th for £18,870. In 2019, he placed 11th in the Unibet Open for €7,440. He has been a regular on the MPN Poker Tour, with interviews and appearances at MPNPT Tallinn 2017, MPNPT @ Battle of Malta 2018, and MPNPT Malta 2019. As of 2019, he ranked 31st in Lithuania by live tournament earnings.

In 2019, Urbonas was selected for the Lithuanian National Match Poker Team to compete in the European Nations Cup in Kyiv, Ukraine. He qualified by winning one of the three qualification tournaments held by the national federation. The team, organized by Sportinio pokerio klubas “Du Karaliai”, included other top Lithuanian players.

In an interview at MPNPT @ Battle of Malta 2018, Urbonas mentioned that he knew little about poker when he first arrived on the scene seven years prior. He is described as a seasoned tour regular, known for his adaptability and steady approach to the game. A 2019 video showed him spending a day off in Malta exploring Valletta and playing side events.

Aside from poker, Urbonas owns and manages the football team Top Kicker's. He remains active in the Lithuanian poker community and continues to play live events internationally.
