Marc Perlman

Marc Perlman is an American poker player from Tampa, Florida, known for his expertise in Omaha games. He has accumulated over $34,000 in live tournament earnings, with notable performances at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) and a title at the Seminole Hard Rock. Perlman also owns a casino dealing school in Miami and has appeared on poker talk shows.

Perlman has cashed seven times at the WSOP, all in Omaha variants. His best result came in 2014 when he finished 28th in Event #54: $3,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better for $7,505. Other cashes include:

In November 2014, Perlman won Event #13: $300 Omaha 8B at the Seminole Hard Rock "Rock ’N’ Roll Poker Open". He entered Day 2 as chip leader but overslept, arriving an hour late. Despite this, he maintained the lead and eventually agreed to a three-way chop, taking first place for $4,900, a trophy, and a custom photograph. The event drew 64 entrants with a $16,320 prize pool.

Perlman started playing poker at age 13 and worked as a poker dealer for about seven years, including dealing at the WSOP. He owns a casino dealing school in Miami, training poker dealers. He also occasionally hosts and guests on a poker talk show called Poker Action Line. Perlman primarily plays cash games, focusing on Omaha variants including Pot-Limit High-Only, High/Low split, and Limit High/Low split.
