Mor Mizrahi is a professional poker player known for his aggressive style and multiple World Series of Poker victories, including an unprecedented four wins in the $50,000 Poker Players Championship. He has amassed over $28 million in live tournament earnings and won the 2025 WSOP Main Event.
Early Life and Family
Mor Mizrahi was born on January 5, 1981, in Miami, Florida. Growing up in a family of gamblers, he learned poker from his older brother Robert and started playing online at age 15. He dropped out of college to pursue poker full-time and later worked briefly as a dealer at Seminole Hard Rock.
Poker Career
Mizrahi turned to live tournaments in 2004 and quickly found success. He earned his first WSOP bracelet in 2010 by winning the $50,000 Poker Players Championship, defeating Vladimir Shchemelev heads-up. That same year, he finished fifth in the WSOP Main Event for $2,332,992. He won his second bracelet in 2011 at the WSOP Europe in a €10,400 No-Limit Hold'em event.
Major Achievements
Mizrahi holds a record four wins in the $50,000 Poker Players Championship (2010, 2012, 2018, 2025) and has eight WSOP bracelets overall. His biggest career win came in 2025 when he won the WSOP Main Event, taking home $10,000,000. He also has two World Poker Tour titles and was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame in 2025 under extraordinary circumstances.
