Refers to an aggressive strategy where the player on the button continuously bets on the flop, turn, and river, and the board is a rainbow three different suits.
Position and Board Texture
- Button Advantage: The button is the best position postflop, allowing you to observe all opponents' actions before making a decision. The triple barrel leverages this positional advantage to apply strong pressure on opponents.
- Rainbow Board: The flop consists of three cards of different suits, meaning flush draws are extremely unlikely. This creates a relatively dry board, which favors continuing with high pairs or top pairs.
Strategic Logic
- Betting Motivation: Typically represents holding a strong hand (e.g., overpair, top pair top kicker) or using the board structure to bluff. The rainbow board reduces the possibility of flush draws, making it harder for opponents to have strong draws, thereby increasing fold equity.
- Turn and River: The turn and river must maintain the betting intent. If the board develops straight draws or threatening made hands (e.g., pairs), the range should be adjusted accordingly.

Flop: K♠ 7♥ 2♦ (rainbow) Turn: 5♣ (still rainbow) River: 9♠ Button player bets on flop, turn, and river.
Notes
- Opponents' ranges contain no flush draws but may include straight draws (e.g., on a flop of 8-6-4).
