A wet flop typically refers to a flop structure with multiple draw possibilities, such as two cards of the same suit or connected cards.

Strategy Principle

• Preflop Raise: Raising from middle position can isolate weaker opponents and establish pot initiative.
• Postflop Fold Condition: When the flop is wet, opponents are more likely to hold strong draws or made hands, and the raiser's medium-strength hands like top pair are vulnerable. To avoid being at a disadvantage in a high-variance situation with many draws, choose to fold early to limit losses.

Applicable Scenarios

• Opponent range is narrow and aggressive, often attacking wet flops.
