The flop is rainbow (different suits), reducing the likelihood of flush draws.
A player in middle position makes a 4-bet on the river (rather than preflop), which is extremely rare and usually indicates a very strong hand or a special bluff. In practice, a river 4-bet almost never occurs because the river only allows for a raise and a re-raise (3bet), with very little room for a 4-bet (unless multiway with consecutive raises). Therefore, this term is more likely a conceptual description or a misspelling.

In standard poker terminology, "Rainbow" only modifies the flop, not the river; there is no "rainbow" on the river.
