Chasing a Record
The Polish Poker Championship has been breaking records in recent years. Last year's event attracted a record 7,740 entries. This year's festival has been extended by four extra days, giving players more chances to qualify and to earn a qualification bonus.
The accessible buy-in combined with a large prize pool draws thousands of players each year from Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and other European countries. The event appeals to both recreational players and seasoned professionals, and the big question is whether the 7,740-entry mark will be surpassed.
Last year, Polish pro Milosz Andrzejewski won the Main Event and took home nearly €140,000.
Bonuses for Multiple Advances
A new feature this year rewards players who advance to Day 2 of the Main Event more than once, with bonuses of up to €3,000.
- Double advance: €1,000 bonus
- Triple advance: €3,000 bonus
These bonuses add extra motivation to every starting flight, as players fight for every chip.
Side Events with Big Guarantees
The festival is not only about the Main Event. Across nearly two weeks, there is a lineup of side events for different bankrolls.
- Super High Roller: €40,000 guarantee, €1,000 buy-in
- High Roller: €60,000 guarantee, €400 buy-in
- Championship Mystery Bounty: €20,000 guarantee, €50 + €50 buy-in
The full schedule also includes numerous side events, satellites and cash games throughout the festival.
Road to Dubai
Players at the Polish Poker Championship can also take part in a new Road to Dubai qualification. This special qualifier is part of the build-up to 2027, when the Polish poker organization will celebrate its 10th anniversary. The organizers have indicated they are preparing something special for the jubilee year.
