Dominzo Love

Dominzo Love made his mark on the poker scene at the 2019 World Series of Poker, specifically in Event #66: $1,500 Limit Hold'em. The tournament drew 541 entries and a prize pool of $730,350, with Love reaching the final table among notable names such as Chris Ferguson, David "ODB" Baker, and Brian Kim.

During the final table, Love demonstrated strong limit hold'em skills. In Hand #7, he rivered a pair of nines to beat Ferguson, who held ace-high. In Hand #42, Love hit a runner-runner straight on the river against Kenneth Donoghue, who had flopped top set, showcasing his drawing ability and aggression. He also doubled up Ferguson earlier in Hand #41 after Ferguson moved all-in with eights.

Love ultimately finished as the runner-up to David "ODB" Baker, who won his second WSOP bracelet. Love's final hand saw him eliminated when his pair of sevens failed to improve against Baker's trip jacks. He earned $161,139 for his fourth-place finish, marking a career-high score.
