Gaik Martirosyan (commonly referred to as Artur Martirosyan in poker databases) is a Russian professional poker player who has risen to the top of the global high-stakes scene. Known online as "mararthur1," he is recognized for his technical prowess and consistency across both live and online formats. As of June 2026, he leads Russia's all-time money list with live tournament earnings surpassing $33.5 million, according to The Hendon Mob.

Martirosyan's live cashes date back to October 2017, but he initially built his bankroll as an online grinder. During the late 2010s, he cashed in events in Sochi and various European festivals. His online breakout came during the pandemic era when many major festivals moved online.
