CO位25bb偷盲(CO 25bb Steal)

CO 25bb Steal

In Texas Hold'em, when in the cutoff CO position with an effective stack of about 25 big blinds, an aggressive play attempting to steal the blinds by raising.

Overview

CO (Cut-Off) is the position to the right of the dealer button, offering a good positional advantage. When the effective stack depth is about 25 big blinds, the player is in a medium stack phase and can execute stealing (Steal) more frequently, taking advantage of the tighter defending ranges of the blind players to directly collect the blinds or gain range advantage through raises.

Strategy Principle

Notes

  • Avoid over-stealing: If the blind players frequently 3-bet, adjust the strategy by reducing steal frequency.
  • ICM Impact: In late tournament stages, ICM pressure reduces the attractiveness of stealing; be cautious.
  • Counter-adjustment: If the big blind player is tight-aggressive, increase steal frequency; if loose-aggressive, tighten the range.

Typical Example

Assume blinds 100/200, CO has 5000 chips. After all fold to CO, CO can raise to 400, attempting to collect the 300 blinds. If the big blind holds a weak hand, they may fold directly.
