中间位置25大盲偷盲(MP 25bb Steal)

MP 25bb Steal

在满员桌(约9-10人)中,中间位置(MP)玩家持有约25个大盲注筹码时,翻牌前加注以抢夺盲注注码的激进打法。

Concept

MP 25bb Steal” is a common preflop blind-stealing strategy in Texas Hold'em. Specifically, when a player is in middle position (Middle Position, typically the third seat at a six-max table or the third to fifth seats at a full nine-handed table) with a stack depth of approximately 25 big blinds (bb), they raise to attempt to collect the dead money from the blinds who have not yet invested.

Strategic Basis

  • Stack Depth: 25bb is a short-to-medium stack depth. Postflop maneuverability is limited, so the return on preflop stealing is relatively high. A successful raise gains about 1.5bb risk-free (small blind + big blind); if called or reraised, subsequent play must be carefully evaluated.
  • Position Advantage: While MP is not the optimal stealing position (compared to the button), it can still be profitable if players in later positions (CO, BTN) are passive or if the blinds defend too tightly.
  • Range Adjustment: Typical stealing ranges include medium pairs (77-99), suited connectors (e.g., T9s), high cards (ATo+), etc. The specific range should be adjusted based on opponent tendencies.

Execution Elements

  1. Reading Opponents: If the blinds are tight (narrow defending range), increase stealing frequency; if they are loose (wide defending range), reduce stealing or use value hands.
  2. Resteal Risk: Players in later positions may 4bet or call, so plan postflop play in advance. If called, maintain aggression postflop, especially on board textures favorable to your stealing range.
  3. ICM Impact: In tournaments, 25bb is in the danger zone. Stealing must consider fold equity and survival pressure.

Example

  • Nine-handed table, effective stacks 25bb. MP holds T♠9♠. Action folds to MP who raises to 2.5bb. If both blinds fold, the steal succeeds; if the big blind calls, postflop decisions depend on the board texture for a potential continuation bet.

Limitations

This strategy relies on opponent fold equity. At low stakes or in recreational games, blinds may call too wide, so caution is needed.
