Antonis Poulengens

Antonis Poulengens (also known as Tony Poulengeris or "The Enigma") is a British poker player who has steadily built a solid tournament resume since his first recorded cash in 2012. While not yet a household name, his results span major series such as the World Series of Poker (WSOP), European Poker Tour (EPT), and the UK & Ireland Poker Tour (UKIPT), demonstrating consistent deep runs across a variety of buy-in levels.

2025 online poker Tour London Main Event

Poulengens’ most notable performance came in December 2025 when he finished runner-up in the £500 Main Event at Genting Casino Stratford. The tournament drew 399 entries, creating a £177,555 prize pool. After a five-way ICM deal, Poulengens earned £17,680*, losing heads-up to Thomas Sanderson in a dramatic final hand where Sanderson rivered a Broadway straight.

2022 UKIPT London Main Event

In April 2022, Poulengens participated in the £1,100 Main Event at the Hippodrome Casino. He was eliminated in the bubble (95th place) by Antoine Saout, narrowly missing the money but showcasing his ability to survive deep in a 645-entry field.
