Benny Glaser was born on 7 June 1989 in Southampton, United Kingdom. He grew up playing strategy games such as chess and backgammon before discovering poker. He is also a keen guitar player and describes himself as a 'part-time poker coach and musician.' He resides in Eastleigh, England. Over time, he has become the most successful WSOP player from Europe in terms of bracelet wins.
WSOP Bracelets
Glaser has won nine World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelets, the most of any European player. His first bracelet came in 2015 in Event #33: $1,500 2-7 Triple Draw for $136,215. In 2016, he won two bracelets in the same week—first the $1,500 Omaha Hi-Low Split-8 or Better ($244,103), then the $10,000 Omaha Hi-Low Split-8 or Better Championship ($407,194). He added a fourth bracelet in 2021 by winning the $10,000 Razz Championship ($274,693), and a fifth in 2023 in the $10,000 Limit 2-7 Triple Draw Championship ($311,428).
At the 2025 WSOP, Glaser achieved an historic feat by winning three bracelets in a single series: the $1,500 Dealer's Choice ($150,246), the $1,500 Mixed Omaha ($258,193), and the $2,500 Mixed Triple Draw Lowball ($208,552). He became the first player in WSOP history to win three mixed poker bracelets in one WSOP. In 2026, he captured his ninth bracelet by winning the $50,000 Poker Players Championship for $1,343,764.
