Sean Kapul is a mid-high stakes Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) cash game professional based in California. He has been a consistent winner since 2008 and is known for his success in online PLO games at stakes up to $100/$200. Sean decided to pursue poker professionally after hearing older friends complain about their conventional jobs. While still in university, he finished second in a $1,000 buy-in tournament at the Venetian, earning $50,000. This gave him the financial buffer needed to take the plunge into full-time poker.
