So potential win = 2100 (1800+300), loss = 2000. Equity = 0.52100 - 0.52000 = 50. So chip EV = 0.6 * 300 + 0.4 * (0.52100 - 0.52000) = 180 + 0.4*50 = 180 + 20 = +200 chips. This is a +chip EV jam. However, if you are on the bubble with ICM pressure, this jam might be -$EV even though +chip EV.
