MP 10bb 推/弃牌策略(MP 10bb Push Fold)
MP 10bb Push Fold
在德州扑克锦标赛中,当玩家位于中间位置(MP)且筹码深度约为10个大盲注时,采用的全下或弃牌的简化策略。
Overview
MP 10bb Push Fold is a common strategy in late tournament stages when short-stacked, typically applicable when stack depth is around 10 big blinds. MP (Middle Position) refers to the middle positions, generally one or two seats after the Under the Gun position. At this stack depth, standard raises and calls become limited, and Push (all-in) and Fold become the primary actions.
Strategic Principles
- Push: Push with a wider range (including medium pairs, suited connectors, weak Aces, etc.) to leverage fold equity and capture blinds and antes, while avoiding being forced into a passive spot after a re-raise.
- Fold: Directly fold weak hands or those unsuitable for pushing, waiting for better opportunities.
- Goal: Maximize expected value (EV) by applying pressure or stealing blinds to maintain chips, avoiding depletion from blinds.
Applicability
This strategy is mainly used in late tournament stages, especially near the money bubble or final table, where antes are usually larger and ICM (Independent Chip Model) pressure increases. 10bb is a critical threshold; below this depth, most post-flop play becomes impractical, and push-fold becomes the norm.
Considerations
- Adjust your push range based on opponents' calling ranges: the tighter opponents are, the wider your push range can be.
- MP means players behind you are still to act, so your push range should be tighter than on the button or in the small blind.
- Dynamic adjustments: if antes are large, you can slightly widen your push range; if opponents are observant, balance your range to avoid being exploited.
- This strategy is a simplified model; actual play should incorporate chip distribution, opponent tendencies, ICM factors, and other variables.
