In typical GTO solutions, ranges are often mixed: a hand like top pair might call 60% and raise 40% to remain unexploitable. However, under certain conditions (e.g., very polarized ranges, specific bet sizes, or board textures), the solver may output a pure strategy: always raise or always call.
